Final call to apply for the Universal Design Award Scheme 2026/27

Final call for organisations to submit their applications for the EOC’s Universal Design Award Scheme (UDAS) 2026/27, which will close on 31 March 2026. The Scheme aims to promote the wider adoption of universal design in Hong Kong by recognising organisations that have made significant contributions to creating accessible built environments and providing accessible services across various premises.

Equal Opportunity Youth Ambassadors participate in training with runners with disabilities

On 26 February 2026, the Equal Opportunity Youth Ambassadors participated in a training session with the Hong Kong Network for the Promotion of Inclusive Society’s Fearless Dragon Running Team. During the event, the Youth Ambassadors learnt how to serve as a guide runner for runners with visual and hearing impairments and took part in a sign language crash course. The training session helped them understand the value of inclusion in sports and leisure activities.
