Advanced Annual Review Form Sharing Sessions (13 and 16 January 2023)

On 13 and 16 January, nearly 50 participants from 40 Racial D&I Employer Charter signatories joined our online sharing sessions to learn more about the Advanced Annual Review forms for the Charter. The form, which was announced last November is a significant step ahead for developing a measurement tool on racial D&I in the workplace. Participants were encouraged to use the advanced form which can also serve as a guideline as it is filled with best practices. Guest speakers from two test-run signatories who had participated in the Advanced Form test-run, HSBC and Arup, shared their experiences in doing self-assessment with this advanced form and their strategies in progressing corporate racial D&I.
