“A D&I Approach to Recruitment” Training (3 February 2021)

The focus of the training was on discussing approaches to recruitment which are diversity and inclusion friendly. With almost 80 attendees from different backgrounds, we are proud to say the session was a success.

Here are some learnings from the training. It is important to

  1. look at different ways of recruitment to ensure you get people beyond the usual mix
  2. have a diverse selection panel
  3. make sure the process is free from unconscious biases
