EMerging Talent Internship Programme Recognition Event (25 September 2025)

The EOC proudly supports the Zubin Foundation in organising the EMerging Talent Summer Internship Recognition Programme for five consecutive years. On 25 September, a recognition event was held at Birds & Birds to conclude this year’s internship. The event acknowledged 41 locally educated ethnic community students in tertiary education and 27 companies that hosted their placements. Impressively, over 60% of the host companies are signatories of the EOC’s Racial D&I Employers Charter, reflecting their strong commitment to inclusion. This experience is vital for young people from racially underrepresented communities, many of whom have engaged in professional roles such as legal and administrative positions.
