“Tackling Unconscious Bias to Promote Racial Inclusion” Training (3 December 2020)

An online training session was held on Unconscious Bias on 3 December 2020 to promote racial inclusion in the workplace through recognising and tackling unconscious bias.

Speakers included:

Here are some learnings from the training on what can be done about tackling unconscious bias

1. Raise awareness of your own biases and biased behaviour
2. Slow down the decision making process
3. Question yours and others' assumptions/stereotypes
4. Speak up when you see biased behaviour
