As 2022 is drawing to a close, it is time to reflect on the past year that has gone by and make plans for the year ahead. 

The EOC is now calling for enrolment and renewal of membership of the EO Club for 2023. Open to employers, human resources practitioners, workplace trainers, equal opportunities officers and anyone who is interested in equal opportunities issues, the EO Club provides a platform for networking with other supporters of diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI).

The Navigator Life Planning and Development Company Limited is now organising a ‘Caring for Carers: Storytelling Campaign 2022-23’. Funded by the EOC’s Community Participation Funding Programme on Equal Opportunities, the campaign aims to raise awareness of the contribution of carers, the challenges they face and the importance of community support and family-friendly employment practices.

In December 2022, the EOC participated in two exhibitions for the professional sectors to promote the importance of equal opportunities.
