Complaint in the form of letter may be sent to the EOC at:

  16/F., 41 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong.

 

Please give the following details in the letter.

1. Name
2. ID card number
3. contact telephone number
4. correspondence address
5. particulars of the person/organisation complained against (if available)
6. brief facts of the incident concerned
7. loss or harm you have experienced

Please also indicate that you wish EOC to investigate into your complaint and endeavour by conciliation, to effect a settlement of the matter.
