You may make enquiry on the procedures to lodge a complaint to the EOC by calling our Enquiry Hotline
Your call will be answered by our officer during opening hours.
Outside the opening hours, you may still call our Enquiry Hotline and leave your message and contact number, so that our staff can contact you when they come on duty.
(Please note: under SDO, FSDO, DDO and/or RDO, it is stipulated that all complaints under the four ordinances must be lodged with the EOC in writing.)
The opening hours of the EOC are:
Mondays - Fridays
8:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
