Application Form

Interested parties can submit their applications to the EOC from now on until 5 P.M. (Hong Kong Time) on 31 March 2026 through any of the following methods:

• By online application

• Fill out the application form (linked below) and send to EOC by email: UDAS@eoc.org.hk

• Applicants should ensure that all information provided in the application form is true and accurate.
• Please submit additional information using the file format provided by the EOC. The attachment size for each email must not exceed 10MB; otherwise, the EOC may be unable to receive and process the application. If the attachment size exceeds this limit, please provide a download link.
• Applicants will receive a confirmation email within 10 working days after submitting the application. If applications are submitted on the deadline date, the confirmation email will be sent the following day. If no email is received, please contact the EOC as soon as possible.
• The EOC may request additional information and supporting documents during the assessment process for verification purposes.
