EOC Holds Staff Briefing Session on the White Paper on “Hong Kong: Safeguarding China’s National Security Under the Framework of One Country, Two Systems” The Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) held a briefing session on 9 March 2026 about the white paper on “Hong Kong: Safeguarding China’s National Security Under the Framework of One Country, Two Systems”. Ms Linda LAM Mei-sau, Chairperson of the EOC, hosted the briefing session and explained the key content and significance of the white paper, with a view to deepening EOC staff members’ awareness and understanding of Hong Kong’s role in safeguarding national security. 10/03/2026
